Shipping & Returns

Amano.co.in ships from a single warehouse location. If you purchase more than one item, we may split your order into numerous parcels at our discretion based on stock levels. We try to fulfil orders within seven working days of receiving them. However, during peak sales seasons, delivery may take longer. Please keep in mind that Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days. If you have not received your delivery within ten working days, please contact us at sale@amano.co.in.

Amano.co.in may send you electronic mail to notify you of changes or additions to this Site, about any of Amano’s products or services, or for any other purpose(s) you consent to. After logging in, you may unsubscribe by clicking the unsubscribe link in each email newsletter or by going to your personal subscription settings.

Other Policy

There may be circumstances beyond our control in which you receive a damaged / faulty product, a product that is not the same as per your original purchase, or a sizing issue. You are welcome to test on a product, but please take reasonable precautions to keep it in good shape.

We will replace the goods at no additional cost if you are dissatisfied with it. In such cases, please apply for an exchange or return process on the website or call our Customer Service hotline before utilising the goods.

Depending on the type and category of the product, the return process may be limited.

  • Return Policy: Please notify us of the arrival of a damaged or defective merchandise within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Please inform us within 48 hours of receiving your merchandise if it has a sizing issue.
  • Returns are only allowed within 48 hours after delivery for any other reason.
  • The products/items must be unused.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, including all price tags, labels, and invoices.
  • When the products arrive at the Amano exchange centre, we will inspect them and, if the claim is confirmed to be legitimate, we will reimburse the product price.
  • In the case of COD orders, the refund will be issued in the form of wallet credits, which can be used on the website in the future.
  • In the event of Prepaid (Online Payment) Orders, your refund will be deposited into your bank account or original form of payment.
  • If the claim is deemed to be invalid, you will be required to pay the shipping expenses again in order to have the merchandise returned.
  • We do not have an exchange policy for used items, regardless of how little they are used.

Refunds:

Once we get the goods back at the centre, we will execute the reimbursement. Refunds will be performed in accordance with the order’s payment method.

Orders purchased by credit/ debit card will be reimbursed within 7 working days to the credit/ debit card or your bank account, and the refund will be shown in the following statement.

Orders paid using net banking accounts will be reimbursed back to the customer’s bank account.

Refund Conditions:

The refund will be handled after we get the goods back at the warehouse and it has passed the quality inspection. The reimbursement will be performed based on the quality check.

To get the full real value refund, products must be returned in its original Box packing, along with the original price tags, labels, and invoices.

Only the product’s real value will be reimbursed during the REFUND purchase procedure, not the delivery expenses.

The refund will be processed once the product has been QC’d; the real value will be reimbursed within 10 working days, depending on the payment method.

Re-attempts: If the goods is transported back to Amano  after repeated re-attempts for delivery, and the customer requests a re-delivery, the client will be responsible for the full RTO charges charged by Amano.
